- Multi-project quotes: accept binds each item's decision to its single
selected project (item_decisions.project_id), so /pm/on-the-way shows
each project manager exactly their own project's items; quote header
stays project-independent (supplier-invoice model).
- Backfill of previously ambiguous decision projects; 500 fixed on
material PATCH (reference-unit change in ضرایب تبدیل).
- ضرایب تبدیل rebuilt on the global-material catalog: no category landing,
accordion of base materials with spec variants, search, per-material
reference unit + conversion factors (material_units) with brand scope,
deduped unit options, unassigned-units warnings.
- Wizard: global base-material suggestions with name-based reuse; unit
combobox shows «+ [value] به عنوان واحد جدید» and registers new units.
- Accept modal: single-project select per item; real material names shown.
- Warehouse: wizard-style spec chips in موجودی اولیه; receipt time shown
on partial arrivals in the procurement dashboard.
- Frontend never auto-creates hardcoded units («عدد» fallbacks removed).
