ali_mohaghegh 633e9c2561 docs: add the current integrated ER export (NewERD.txt at repo root) 
User-provided export of the final integrated procurement + inventory ER
(DBDatalyzer/dbdata-diagram format). Kept at the root as placed; the older
ERD lives in docs/NewERD.txt.
