fix(frontend): repair merge-damaged syntax left by the pm/RBAC revert cycle

Stray braces in App.tsx / ChangeInventoryPage.tsx, an orphaned admin gate in ArrivalsPage.tsx, and a literal revert commit subject pasted into LoginPage.tsx — all made the committed tree unbuildable.
